Ikea? Target? Something!

There has been a lot of rumors going around Saint Louis about a new development popping up in midtown. A few months ago NextSTL posted a rumor that an Ikea store could potentially be heading to STL. I think that would be great for Saint Louis, however, now the rumors have switched to the store being a Target or an Ikea. Which would you prefer?

I personally think Ikea would be better as we already have Target in the area! I tweeted Ikea back in February before these rumors surfaced to see if they would confirm a store being built in STL.
